At ever Pilates, we’re on a mission to empower and strengthen our clients.
Getting Started
What to Expect & What to Bring
-
Your first class will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and how to use the reformer. Our instructors will guide you through proper form, alignment, and movement patterns to ensure a safe and effective workout. Expect a welcoming environment, personalized instruction, and fun music and a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and stability.
-
No prior experience is necessary! We offer beginner-friendly classes designed to introduce you to Pilates. If you're new, we recommend starting with everFLOW 1 to build a strong foundation before progressing to more advanced classes.
-
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows for movement. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the reformer. To prevent damaging our equipment, please avoid wearing clothing or accessories with sharp edges, such as zippers, jewelry, or hair clips, as they can scratch the reformers and other studio equipment.

Yes, as long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor to exercise. However, if you have not been consistently practicing Pilates, pregnancy is not the best time to start. If you have an established practice, we recommend discontinuing after your second trimester. Our everCENTER and everFLOW 1 classes are the best options for pregnant clients. Please inform your instructor so they can provide guidance and appropriate modifications based on your specific needs.
-
Yes, as long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor to return to exercise. Pilates is a great way to gently rebuild strength and mobility. We recommend everCENTER and everFLOW 1 classes for postpartum clients easing back into movement. Please inform your instructor before class so they can provide appropriate modifications.
-
All of our instructors are certified through recognized Pilates training programs and continuously expand their expertise through ongoing education.
-
We recommend starting with everFLOW 1 to understand the fundamentals and proper form. Even if you're fit, Pilates requires unique control and technique that builds over time.
-
For best results, we recommend practicing 2–4 times per week. Consistency is key to improving strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
